Fees & Payment


Player's Club Fee & SWM Annual Fee by Age Group

Club fees and SWM fees are payable each season (There are 2 seasons each year). Basketball QLD and Basketball Australia fees are payable annually. All fees are payable through Basketball Connect at time of registration.
Please note, all costs listed exclude any transaction fees.

The fees below also do not include Basketball Qld & Basketball Australia fees which will vary slightly depending on when you made your last payment

*NEW players in u10 onwards are required to purchase club shorts to be able to play ($50).
**Scoring is compulsory (Those who do not wish to score are welcome to apply and pay the $50 fee). No scorer = your child will score in their allocated spot.

*** Annual Basketball Qld and Basketball Australia fees are required and payable at time of registration.

Play On Sports Vouchers

*Important Note About Using the $200 Play On Voucher*


Please be aware that under the Play-On rules, if your fees are less than $200, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or used for other fees. Registration must be completed and fees paid before applying your voucher and a refund will be processed once the voucher is approved.


For this coming tournament season, the total amount shown on BasketballConnect includes BQ, SWM, and Club fees. Even though this total may be over $200, our Club only receives $170 (U12), $155 (U10) and $100 (U8). Because of this, if you use a $200 voucher, you cannot receive a $200 refund or credit, as the Club does not get the full amount.


If you choose to use the voucher this season, please understand that part of the voucher value may be forfeited due to Play On rules and how BC splits the fees.

For this reason, we recommend waiting until Season 1 to use your vouchers. Full payment is required first and the voucher amount will be refunded after it has been processed (timing depends on the QLD govt department approving vouchers). We take no responsibility for the forfeited balance and can only claim for the amount of CLUB FEE you are charged.
